- A look into this year’s ENC.
- This year’s ESL: European Nations Championship has announced their head sponsor, ASUS. The Electronic Sports League and ASUS will join forces once again, giving the in E-Sports from around Europe the opportunity to show their best for a huge prize purse worth a total of € 120.000, the biggest so far in ENC history.
- Unlike last year there won’t be a CoD competition anymore (most likely due to the release of CoD:MW2), but we do have the addition of a female CS 1.6 competition and some changes in the FIFA and Quake Live compo:
- - Counter-Strike 1.6 : 5v5
- - Counter-Strike 1.6 Female: 5v5
- - Counter-Strike Source: 5v5
- - WCIII: 1v1 & 2v2
- - FIFA 10: 1v1
- - Quake Live: TDM 4v4
- We here at GN.eu would like to wish all competing teams the best of luck. Stay tuned for a more in-depth coverage soon!
