- Kroes and her staff are planning to adopt a recommendation on
- net-neutrality which is mainly aimed at harmonising in the whole of the EU
- the way they approach the problem. It is soft law, not entirely binding (so
- the NL will not have to change its law) but it will be able to influence
- future decision taken by other countries and by the Commission itself.
- I think they plan the adoption of the document in April at the latest.
